RiverStone International has entered into an agreement with the French division of Zurich Insurance Europe and Zurich Insurance Company to deliver a loss portfolio transfer reinsurance (LPT) and facilitate an insurance business transfer involving the French discontinued motor and architects & engineers (A&E) professional indemnity portfolios.<\/p>\n

\"riverstone-international-logo\"According to RiverStone, these transactions represent a significant milestone, highlighting the firm\u2019s expanding presence in Europe.<\/p>\n

Following the necessary regulatory approvals, RiverStone International Ireland will take full responsibility for managing the portfolios.<\/p>\n

The deals also reportedly demonstrate the firm\u2019s capacity to leverage its global structure, with RiverStone International Bermuda providing the LPT.<\/p>\n

David Rocke, group head of M&A and managing director of RiverStone International Bermuda, commented, \u201cIt was a delight to work with the Zurich team again in deepening the connection between our respective organisations.\u201d<\/p>\n
