Dr. Melanie Griffin
Dr. Melanie Griffin is proud to be a chiropractor serving the Bryant, Arkansas community since 2007. As a specialist of back, neck and extremity pain, Dr. Griffin is unparalleled in her knowledge of the back and neck. She offers a hands-on approach to healing that is both gentle and effective.
Dr. Griffin began her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she received a degree in dental hygiene. After practicing dental hygiene for seventeen years, she completed her undergraduate studies at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences degree. In December 2006, Dr. Griffin received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College.
Dr. Griffin is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Arkansas. She has completed specialty fields of study and training in spinal and skeletal disorders, radiography, whiplash injury, pediatrics and nutrition. Dr. Griffin is a member of the American Chiropractic Association. She is an authority in the detection, correction and prevention of the vertebral subluxation complex.
Dr. Griffin lives life to the fullest, loves the Bryant community and believes that life and motion are inseparable. She enjoys a range of recreational activities including motorcycle riding, snow skiing and bicycling. For optimal physical conditioning, Dr. Griffin does weight training which she complements with specific spinal and aerobic exercises.
When asked why she became a chiropractor, Dr. Griffin replies, “I was in a car accident which started a vicious cycle of pain in my life. My decision to see a chiropractor for my neck pain changed my life forever. Now I am in the business of changing other people’s lives for the better through gentle chiropractic adjusting, spinal rehabilitation and nutritional counseling. I love being a Doctor of Chiropractic!”
